100 Days of Being Geek Chic & Healthy, Day Thirty One: TV Workouts!



Yeah, Day 31! I must confess something. I haven’t done day 31’s challenge… At all. In the last two days I’ve had nine hours of sleep, so I think if I do anything remotely exercise-y I’ll probably crumple up. Or sleep better. I dunno.

Either way, I think today’s (technically yesterday’s) challenge is a GREAT idea. It lets you watch your favourite show while also getting a workout in that doesn’t seem particularly exhausting. I will likely try this idea in the future, as I love the idea behind it!

After a bit of googling, here are some of my favourites!





The Game of Thrones one looks particularly punishing… But I’m just saying that because I can’t do press-ups.
