I don’t exercise much, but during my fits of workouts and remembering PE (when I did it) at school, there’s always been one exercise I absolutely hate.
It’s not running. Not Zumba. Not boxing.
I just can’t do them. A childhood/adolescence of martial arts, swimming and walking up to 2 miles a day means I have a lot of strength in my legs, but absolutely nothing in my arms. I’m about as noodley as it gets. I absolutely hate even trying press-ups, because my attempts are incredibly pathetic. Give me sit-ups any day!
